The story

"I was entrusted with this formula by a woman I still cannot identify."

This is Dr. Gary Martin telling the story in his own words:

I was entrusted with this formula over forty years ago by an unexpected person from Indiana who appeared in my clinic office one day in 1976, and I still do not know who she was even today.
